Episode 17: Cornbread

The recipe
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Stir dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Add them together. Mix until smooth, but don't overmix. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
